Payments & Billing
Agency: Project payments must be made as per agreed milestones. Custom work, design files, and completed services are non-refundable. Delays caused by clients (feedback, content, approvals) may affect deadlines. Academy: Courses must be paid in full before access is granted. Login sharing, duplication, or downloading of protected content is not allowed. Refunds apply only where specifically stated in course policy.
Agency Deliverables & Revisions
Deliverables will follow the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions or new requirements may incur extra charges. Final files will be shared upon full payment completion.
Training Terms (Academy)
Students receive access only for personal learning use. Unauthorized distribution of course videos, slides, or materials is prohibited. Access duration depends on the course purchased.
Limitation of Liability
Sapio Solutions is not responsible for: Loss of revenue, business interruption, or data damage. Performance outcomes from marketing campaigns. Results from misuse or misunderstanding of course content. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

Our agency and academy may use third-party platforms for: Hosting Payment processing Analytics Social media tools AI tools and plugins We do not control or guarantee third-party systems.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared documents, business details, and project information strictly confidential.
Termination of Services
Sapio Solutions may suspend or terminate services if: Payments are overdue Terms are violated Misuse or abuse of systems is detected
Governing Law
These terms are governed under the laws of the UAE and international business standards.
